If you require just a roof repair that’s no problem we do all aspects of roofing from gutter repairs to complete replacement roofs , flat roofs , 3 layer built up felt roofs, slate roofs, tiled roofs, grp roofs, fascia’s soffits and guttering , moss removal, roofing repairs, valleys repaired and replaced , tiles replaced, chimney’s capped and re-pointed even re-built , we also fit velux windows and roof domes.
On arrival
After you’ve made an enquiry, the office will log your details, send you out an introductory pack via email, this will contain our registered address, public liability insurance, employees liability insurance references, pictures of our work before and after and welcome you to the team of experts so you know you’re in safe hands this will also contain our list of guarantees we offer.
You will then arrange a date and time that suits you to receive your free quote, we will confirm you appointment the day before via text or email, same day quotes are also available if you have an emergency or classified as urgent, we will take photographic evidence whist quoting the roofing works required these we will forward over to you with the quote , if you make the right decision to use ideal roofing, we will take pictures throughout for our records and your records which you will receive with your invoice and guarantee on completion, we care about you and your roof.

You never know what you are getting, but these guys were great, they came and cleaned our main roof, were here all day and worked really hard, I could not believe how much moss, pine needles, lichen you could get off a roof, and it is all done by hand and a scraper, then they power cleaned and it looks great. So pleased with that job, got them to come back and sort out our old flat roof, they recommended a couple of options, repair or replace, we went for the replace and they did a better job than we were expecting.
